At the conference, sign-in to your Moongate account
Once you have signed-in, you will see a single QR code which represents your ticket to the conference (and side events)
Conference staff will scan your QR code to verify your ticket ownership.

Your ticket is in the form of an NFT. We have automatically created a blockchain wallet based on your email address. Your NFT ticket will grant you access to the conference and other exclusive perks. The NFT ticket will be airdropped to your wallet a few weeks before the conference.
We do not support refunds; however, you may try to sell your NFT ticket on the secondary market. Alternatively, you can also transfer your NFT to others via blockchain.
Yes! Since the membership is in the form of NFT, you can transfer the ownership via blockchain! If you are familiar with Web3, you could simply use your digital wallet and send the NFT. If you create the account via Web2 social logins, you can manage and send your NFTs via Torus wallet. Very soon, you can manage your NFTs at Moongate portal too.
